This property is in a secured gated community. It is 5 min walking to La Isla (high end shopping center) and restaurants, 10 min to grocery- Soriana, Wallmart, SAMs, Costco and shopping malls- . There’s a bus stop just outside the property to go to old town.
Puerto Vallarta is very safe. Buses are easy and cheap, Uber is working very well, taxis are plenty full and walking is colorful and fun.
